Tacos are mostly used in savory recipes; well, I eat mine with ice cream!
All you need is a tasty and crunchy taco shell that can be filled with a couple of scoops of your favorite ice cream. If you are more ambitious, you can add different flavored scoops and then top them off with some fresh fruits like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, passion fruit or any other citrus fruit. You can also add a top layer of some sort of crumb; it could be crackers, cake or cookie crumbs. If you are not worried about gaining a few extra pounds then finish your taco off with a delicious layer of chocolate sauce – hot or cold is your choice.

Sounds crazy, doesn’t it? But the result will melt in your mouth. I usually take a few scoops of my favorite ice cream in a bowl and then layer it with a handful of popcorns, which could either be sweet or salty. I mostly use salty popcorns because the saltiness cuts through the sweetness of the ice cream and tastes amazing.
How about Cold Coffee? Yum!
You can use your go-to recipe for cold coffee and combine it with a scoop of ice cream. I like to put one scoop in the blender and then before I pour the prepared coffee in the glass I put a scoop in the glass too. Top your coffee off with a layer of a crunchy biscuit.

Every other weekend I indulge in some ice cream breakfast; that’s right I have ice cream for breakfast. Instead of pouring milk out in my cereal bowl I just put a couple of scoops in it and then put my cereal on top of them. The result is simply amazing; you can also add a few fresh berries on top and enjoy an indulgent breakfast.
One Waffle Sandwich To Go Please
This is another one of my favorite desserts and snacks. All you need is a waffle maker I take a waffle, split it into two equal halves and spread a scoop of my favorite ice cream on one half; you need to spread the ice cream just the way you would spread jam on toast. Now cover it with a thin layer or chocolate or strawberry sauce and top it with a few nuts. Make a sandwich with the other half of the waffle. Pick up your fork and knife and enjoy the tastiest sandwich ever.
